About The Relief Report

The Relief Report publishes hands-on reviews of at-home products for everyday aches and pains: shoulders, necks, backs and knees. We buy the products, use them the way you would, and tell you what actually helped.

Who owns this site

The Relief Report is owned and operated by Komprio, which makes the Komprio Shoulder Massager. Where we review a Komprio product alongside others, we say so on the page. See our advertising disclosure.

How we test

• We buy at retail. Every product is purchased the way a reader would buy it.
• Real people, real pain. Our panels are made up of adults living with the problem the product claims to help.
• One scorecard. Every product in a review is scored on the same criteria: depth of relief, lasting relief, comfort and fit, ease of daily use, and guarantee and value.
• We check back. We follow up with testers weeks after testing ends to see what they are still using.
